In 1978 Team Surtees built 3 cars, this chassis (no 1) was raced by Vittorio Brambilla in Grand Prix through the season. Since its period Grand Prix history, this car has remained a well known car amongst the historic racing fraternity, and in the hands of its current owner proved to be a front running car.
