Touring Car Masters announces 2011 calendar
The Touring Car Masters presented by Autobarn has released a preliminary calendar for the 2011 season featuring some exciting debut events for the category.
Once again running as a premier V8 Supercar support class, the 2011 Touring Car Masters series will see the category make a popular return to marquee events including the season-opening Clipsal 500 on the streets of Adelaide, Sydney’s huge season finale around the Homebush street circuit, and the famed Bathurst 1000.
The calendar also features an exciting debut on the streets of Surfers Paradise in the V8 Supercar Armor All Gold Coast 600 and a long-awaited trip to the west coast to race at Perth’s Barbagallo Raceway.
In the only non V8 Supercar contested event, the series will once again headline at Australia’s largest annual muscle car festival, Muscle Car Masters at Eastern Creek Raceway.
