King Kenny Roberts was reunited with his 1980 Yamaha YZR500 at the recent US Moto GP event. The three time World Champion did some demonstration laps to celebrate Yamaha’s 50 years in Grand Prix racing. And the fiesty American reminded us that he hasn’t slowed down much and he hasn’t lost any of his confidence, on or off the bike.
When asked how it went, the unstoppable 60 years old Roberts said – “It was rich, but it ran, the power was a little off. It was real safe put it that way”
