Gear: Nevco Ezy Approach Trailer

Nevco’s Ezy Approach Trailer technology addresses the very real gap in the transport and trailer market caused by a very small one – the mere millimetres between the ground and the front splitter of race cars and collector cars alike.

Nevco’s proprietary Ezy Approach system allows the loading deck to lower effortlessly to the ground and depending on loading deck length offers less than 3 degrees approach angle. Simple push button controls and loading at ground level make loading and unloading a safe and fast one-person operation.

The loading deck may be covered either fully or partially in Nevco’s Integrated Tie-Down System (NITS) which makes load restraint simple and efficient in any position.

The engineered design ensures effortless loading, towing and handling. Every trailer is designed and built at the Nevco manufacturing facility in Sydney using only the highest grade materials and components. Each trailer is designed and engineered to exceed Australian Design Rules, Australian Standards and state/territory registration requirements.

Both single and dual axle trailers are available as well as a range of cargo capacity options depending upon the weight and size of the vehicle or load to be carried.

The design team at Nevco have also succeeded in making the transportation, handling and storage of motorsport accessories efficient and EZY. Integrated storage system options are varied in design and include tyre rack rails; single, double or triple storage compartments integrated with front stone guard; mobile storage chests and pit trolleys designed to roll on/off and lock into position using NITS.  The options available are only limited by your imagination!

Other unique features of the Nevco Ezy Approach Trailer include a HI RISE features that allows access to most vehicles when loaded. Each trailer is custom designed and manufactured to order ensuring your every requirement is taken care of.  Even special paint preparation is offered – complete abrasive blast, epoxy zinc prime and either powder coat or Ultra Hard Top spray coating. Paint colour matching is available.

The Ezy Approach Trailer also features a collapsible design where the drawbar is removable for storageallowing the trailer to fit in parking space with a vehicle to be parked on top. An optional ultra-short replacement drawbar makes the movement of the trailer still possible when shortened for storage.

Trailer enclosure options are also available. Hard and soft enclosure materials are available depending upon the requirement.
