Hang Out at the HSRCA’s Historic Spring With These Marvelous Photos

The HSRCA and friends took to Wakefield Park this weekend for their traditional Spring Historics, and spent a magnificent weekend playing cars in the green and yellow fields of Goulburn.
Held over the 28th and 29th of September for about 200 historic sports and racing cars, the event offered feature races for groups J, K and L – pre-1930s, ’30s, ’40s and ’50s historic racing and sports cars, and it was awesome to see them out being used in the manner for which they were designed.
The track sung with the symphony of awesome old sports and racing cars being pushed to the limit all weekend, and there was plenty of great racing to be enjoyed whether you took to the track itself or joined in as a spectator. As always, the pits and paddock were packed with more than just cars; the people of historic racing playing host magnificently and building a happy and energetic buzz that filled Wakefield Park for the duration of the weekend.
Enjoy the photos below, and make sure to head to the HSRCA’s official site here for a whole lot more, and to join them on Facebook here and get involved in a great community.
