Audi quattro S1 hits Gran Turismo 6

The Audi quattro S1 E2 has been stunningly recreated for the latest edition of Gran Turismo.

As you can see, not just on the outside either! Game developers have gone above and beyond this time, not only delivering some of the world’s most loved race cars of the past, but rendering them with stunning attention to detail as well. The game, Gran Turismo 6 was developed by Polyphony Digital and comes from a long line of cutting-edge racing games which have always featured a killer selection of retro racecars. That being said, these interior renderings are something else – check out the window slider, Sabelt harnesses, and the strap holding the spare wheel in! GT6 has recently been released and is available to play on the older-generation Playstation 3 console only, however the Playstation 4 is now on sale and there is no question that thenext edition of Gran Turismo will make the move to the latest platform.It’s important to remember that for many of the youngest generation, games such as this stand to represent one of their first interactions with the golden eras of classic racing disciplines such as the S1 is to rally – it’s almost like a history lesson! For that reason alone, here’s to hoping developers never stop looking into the past.
