GT40 – Pushing Ford’s supercar to the limit – Goodwood

Alex Buncombe’s squeezes every last drop of potential from the GT40 whilst on the hunt. He records the fastest lap at the Goodwood Revival in the process.

Alex Buncombe is a works Nissan driver and a GT whiz, in this video we see him demonstrate how well he knows his way around Ford’s awesome GT40.

Shot during the Whitsun Trophy at last year’s Goodwood Revival, the clip sees Buncombe push the JD Classics GT40 to the absolute limit whilst chasing down the three leading cars. The story goes that he was making up lost ground following an early pitstop.
