For Auction: Ex-Works 1982 Audi Quattro A1 Group B Rally Car

This gorgeous 1982 Audi Quattro A1 Group B rally car was used by Hannu Mikkola to battle Walter Röhrl in the Monte Carlo Rally in 1982. You’ll be able to buy it when it went up for sale at Bonhams’ Goodwood 73rd Members Meeting Sale on the 21st of March.

Williams’ FW15C has a very good claim on being one of the most technologically-advanced machines to come out of Formula 1’s history. Way head of the curve, the cars dominated the championship in 1993.
This one went up for sale in 2015 direct from Williams’ collection..

This 1964 Porsche 904 Carrera GTS is not only breathtakingly beautiful. It’s also fast, storied and a key to pretty much any historic racing event you can imagine. It went to auction at RM Auctions’ Paris Sale on the 4th of February.

This jaw-droppingly beautiful 1955 Jaguar D-Type is one of just fifty-four and has a history that includes period racing success in Finland including.. ice racing? It went to auction at RM Sotheby’s’ Amelia Island sale.
King of 935s: 1981 Kremer Porsche 935 K4 IMSA GTP

The last production-based car ever to win the 24 Hours of Le Mans overall was one which pushed the idea of Porsche’s 935 to its zenith – a Kremer 935 K3. This car, a 1981 Kremer Porsche 935 K4 IMSA GTP, is a K4. So it’s even faster. It was up for sale at Canepa this year.

For Sale: Ayrton Senna’s 1981 DAP Go-Kart

Like many motorsport masters, Ayrton Senna rose through the ranks of go-karting on his path to Formula 1. As proof, this kart is the exact same one in which he drove his last kart event.
The coolest part is that some lucky driver took it home from Bonhams’ Les Grandes Marques du Monde au Grand Palais sale.
