Widescreen Gallery: 2020’s Inaugural Berry Motorfair
This past Sunday, the 15th of November 2020, we took a winding drive south to the picturesque country town of Berry for the inaugural Berry Motorfair in support of Lifeline Australia. There, we found an astonishing collection of classic, collectible & cool cars. Scroll along and enjoy a few photos from the day.
Held in the lovely rolling hills surrounding Berry and blessed with a spectacular Spring day, we knew the event was a winner as soon as we rolled up to the grounds to find all manner of exotic automotive excellence lining the hills and dazzling in the sunshine.
Thanks to a big turnout by the Porsche Club of NSW, Porsches of every model and vintage greeted you as you began your ascent up towards the country home.
Along the way you’d encounter Ferrari, Lamborghini, Lotus, Mercedes, Audi, Alfa and more. More racey, unusual and rare machinery rested in the shade of the tree-lined path, including an Ultima GT and Ford GT40 recreation.

As you neared the summit, things only got better, with Ron Goodman’s arresting fleet of grey racing Porsches greeting you. If you took a stroll through the front garden, you could take a look around his stunning 906 recreation.

A few steps beyond the Porsches was this 1971 Brabham BT-35 Formula Atlantic, restored in 2019 in Brabham Team (Australian racing) colours and brought along by the HSRCA.
In case you found the race cars unexciting, just opposite them was the beautifully turned-out Porsche tractor looking very at home and continually drawing a crowd.
A few steps around the corner, past the excellent food and coffee, there was a shady oasis, with a Ferrari Dino (a personal favourite) taking pride of place.
Stroll through the front yard, past people relaxing and picnicking in the shade, and you’d find the muscle car garden, with a couple Mustangs, an SS Camaro, a Corvette Stingray and more decorating the countryside.
The event was extremely well supported by Aston Martin, Exclusive Bodywerks, the HSRCA, Ledlenser, Lotus Australia, Modern Classic Cars, the Porsche Club of NSW, Southern Classic Cars and Sunday Motors, who contributed not only to the display and Lifeline Australia, but the atmosphere and community as well.
Berry Motorfair raised over $45,000 for Lifeline Australia – an extremely worthy cause at any time, let alone the current. For more on Lifeline, head to their official site here.
We thoroughly enjoyed the event, and hope that it will become a regular on the New South Wales automotive calendar. Until then, take a few minutes to enjoy the gallery.
